Delivery of gift vouchers
Now that you've found all these wonderful gift vouchers, you'll be wondering how long it'll take us to get them to you.
We have a few different delivery methods for you to choose from, so you can be sure to get your gift voucher at the time that's right for you.
First Class Post
Most of our vouchers are sent out by first class post. If you order your voucher before 12.00 noon on any working day (Mon - Fri) we will aim to get the voucher on its way to you that same day. Vouchers ordered after 12.00 noon will be sent to you the next working day.
In any event, we absolutely promise to send your voucher out to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. First class post should deliver to you within 2 working days of postage, but please bear in mind that this can't be 100% guaranteed if you need yours in a hurry.
UK Special Delivery
If you've got an urgent gift voucher emergency situation (and believe us - these do happen), we offer UK Special Delivery at a cost of £4.30. The same rules apply for processing your order, so if you submit a Special Delivery order by 12.00 noon we will do our best to post it to you that same day, otherwise it will go out the next working day.
UK Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 13.00 on the next working day after postage - however it's worth remembering that you'll have to sign for the package.
Email
We can also send your gift voucher out by email (this is for the real last minute, fly by the seat of their pants gift-givers). Email vouchers are issued automatically by our system at the end of checkout, so you should receive them very shortly after completing your purchase.
If you happen not to receive an email voucher, the first place to check is your junk folder - the vouchers are system generated, so some mail filters can get themselves into a pickle and junk them by accident. If you still can't find your voucher after checking your junk, just give us a ring and we'll re-send it for you ourselves.
Courier
Courier deliveries are similar to UK Special Delivery in that they are guaranteed for next day delivery and require a signature, however courier packages will be delivered by 16.00. Couriers won't deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday, and this service carries a cost of £7.50.
International Deliveries
If you're sending gift vouchers overseas, you can choose from Airmail or International Signed-For as your delivery method - we charge for these services at £2.00 and £5.50 respectively. Airmail aims to deliver your package within 3-5 working days of postage, and International Signed-For takes 2-4 working days to reach its destination, where it will then require a signature.
Again, if you submit your order by 12.00 noon on any working day (Mon-Fri) we'll do our best to pop it in the post for you that same day - otherwise, the vouchers will go into the next working day's post. In any event, we always promise to send your packages within 48 hours of receiving your order.
