Steely dedication. That's what pushed our chefs to win two AA Rosettes for Heights Restaurant. It's that rarest of things: a fine dining restaurant in a hotel. You may want to read that sentence again.

And then there's the view: an enormous expanse of glass serves up Edinburgh's famous skyline while we serve up fresh, imaginative fine cuisine. (You may even fail to notice the stunning interior design.)
