Gillies Bar and Grill

With large open log fires, exposed beams and stone walls create an atmosphere unequalled in this area, offering Irish charm to the weary traveller. Traditional Irish food is served with the emphasis on local produce and traditional cooking methods. Live Irish music is played on Friday evenings.

The Bollinger Garden

Ideal for barbeques for up to 200 guests. It features an exterior open-aired bar, breeze/smoking rooms, 54'' plasma screen and BOSE music system, exterior pool table, thatched open-aired rondavel, seating. All of which border our stunning water fountain and garden area.

The River Room Restaurant

The River Room is our fine dining restaurant which overlooks the River Maine. The finest produce and selections of wines are within reach. You can enjoy culinary creations created by our Executive Chef. Elegant service compliments your meal with an extensive wine and port selection from our cellars. Exclusive, intimated and memorable.

Seventy Five deluxe bedrooms featuring 6 suites, 6 duluxe, Classic and Family bedrooms in a contemporary meets Classic style. Muted colours blended with fine fabrics bring opulence to each bedroom. At part of our redevelopment, we will introduce Galgorm Fitness to our leisure offering.
