The cuisine at Kinnaird has won critical acclaim from national and international food critics alike. Trevor Brooks was appointed Executive Chef in January 1998. Having started his career in 1979 as a commis chef in a number of hotels in the UK, Trevor’s first Head Chef position came in at Rookery Hall in Cheshire.
