The Avenue Restaurant
Taking its name from the magnificent mile long avenue of lime trees viewed from your table, The Avenue is an intimate, elegant restaurant for lunch or dinner.
An extensive, seasonally influenced menu of ostensibly English cooking with a modern twist is complemented every evening with a superb tasting menu tempting all palates and tastes. Coffee can be served at your table or in the drawing room and can be accompanied by a rare Cognac or malt.
The Terrace
When our British weather permits, there is no better place than a table on our pretty, Indian stone terraces.
Formal or informal dining, delightfully fresh, innovative and mouthwatering cuisine is served with a greater emphasis on more organic, healthier options alongside tried and tested favourites.
Eating al fresco is extended with gigantic umbrellas and heaters so summers seem endless.
The Cedar Bar
Step inside and discover comfy leather sink-into armchairs, ornate panelling carefully carved by the famous Grindlin Gibbons from a cedar tree that fell in the great storm of 1930 and a welcoming open fire. Order a glass of whatever you fancy, take a seat and drink in the breathtaking view straight down the avenue of lime trees, it really does have to be seen to be believed!
