The Latymer

This is a premier food experience. You can expect to find dishes such as pan fried John Dory fillets with braised shin of veal, caramelised foie gras and buttered gem lettuce and cannon of salt marsh lamb with anchovy beignets, slow cooked pork belly, baby onions and tomato vinaigrette.

The Brasserie

David Campbell joins as Executive Chef and introduces his unique cooking style and sumptuous influence throughout, bringing a refreshingly different experience to all those who appreciate great food.

Working closely with local boutique suppliers, farmers and mother nature he turns the very best of our area’s produce, into well crafted menus for The Brasserie at Pennyhill Park.

The Ascot Bar

The Ascot Bar is situated adjacent to The Brasserie and is the focal bar and lounge in the hotel. With its sociable atmosphere, it is the ideal place to meet for pre/post dinner drinks or to enjoy light meals or afternoon tea.
