We are delighted to announce that commencement of an extensive refurbishment project in the St David's Marine Spa.

Updating and extending the gym and leisure facilities, the renovation and upgrading the treatment rooms and a bright new look to the Spa reception area will further enhance the warmth of welcome and overall guest experience.

In order to undertake these improvements the Spa will need to be closed for the Period commencing Monday 7th July until Friday 1st August 2008 inclusive.

Tides Grill, The St David's Hotel & Spa premium restaurant, is situated on the ground floor adjacent to Tides Bar. Tides Grill boasts the best location overlooking Cardiff Bay and offers al fresco dining on the terrace during the warmer months.

Tides Bar Relax throughout the day in the sophisticated atmosphere of Tides Bar. Enjoy morning coffee, a light lunch or a traditional afternoon tea.

Tides Terrace During the warmer months, why not dine 'al fresco' at the best outside location in Cardiff Bay. Along with the Terrace menu, the a la carte and fixed price menus from Tides grill is available for lunch and dinner.

Waves Lunch is served in two sittings to accommodate guests between treatments. Guests can enjoy lunch in their spa robes. We also offer an all day Poolside Butler menu which can be enjoyed "poolside" or in Waves.

Resident's Lounge A relaxing area on the first floor of The St.David's Hotel & Spa is set aside for our residential guests to take in the tranquility of Cardiff Bay whilst enjoying morning coffee, afternoon tea, an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap before making their way to bed.
