This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, can be replaced if lost, cannot be used against special offers or any other package other than the package specified on the voucher .  Please quote the unique reference ID code when reserving your experience. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.  Vouchers can be extended for an additional 90 days maximum from the original expiry date for a fee of £25 .  If you have called and booked a specific date for your experience and need to change the date this can be done free of charge if you call Greenwoods 7 days or more prior to the original date booked.  If you call to change a date less than 7 days before the original date booked Greenwoods will charge a £10 admin fee.  Terms and conditions are subject to change.
