Enjoy a two course luncheon in our magnificent Adam’s dining room.  On arrival enjoy a glass of chilled house Champagne prior to being escorted through to lunch. Chef Michael Simpson & his brigade have been proud recipients of accolades such as Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year and boast 2 rosettes for their cooking.
Served in our Adam's dining room from 12.30pm to 2.00pm.

Enjoy a three course Table d’ Hote dinner in our magnificent Adam’s dining room. Canapés are served on arrival followed by your choice of starter, main course and dessert, finished with coffee and handmade petit fours.  Chef Michael Simpson & his brigade will ensure that you enjoy the finest of local ingredients all prepared with the skill and dedication you would expect from his 2 rosette award winning team.
